What We Offer

In this class you will learn steps, spins, tricks and combinations that will help you build confidence and make you see how incredible your body really is. The class will also include conditioning exercise to build strength which will make your pole tricks eventually feel easier. Our main aim is to have fun, be safe and learn something that makes us feel good!

Feral Fridays

We run two separate classes; Feral poleDANCE and Feral Floorwork. It's all about the sexy raw movements that bring out your feral side! It's about dancing, giggling and feeling like a total baddie. Feral Floorwork is done off the pole so no pole experience is required.

It's all about the dancing and the flow. You will learn a short routine that doesn't require any up-the-pole tricks. Using steps, turns, head rolls and floorwork to make you feel good and get moving. We welcome pole heels in this class and encourage you to wear knee pads.

We've mashed poleDANCE and pole and created this unique class! Heels are encouraged and knee pads are essential. You'll learn some tricks that tie in perfectly with some flow/dance and work perfectly with your pole heels on. Suitable for intermediate and advanced pole dancers.

It's exactly what it says on the tin. Stretching. Learn the techniques to safely lengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility. If doesn't matter if your goal is go touch your toes or get an over split, this class is suitable for anyone regardless of your starting point.

Think poleDANCE but with the focus on being slinky and smooth. Learn how to move flawlessly between your steps and turns whether in your socks or pole heels.
